Collection: Elizabeth Bame

Elizabeth Bame earned her Associate Degree in Commercial Art from Andrews University in 1985 and a BFA in 1989. After moving to Atlanta in 1990, she spent more than 33 years as an Art Director in publishing before becoming a full-time artist and teacher.

Elizabeth studied extensively with Chris DiDomizio, as well as Marc Hanson and Michael Del Priore. Her award-winning landscapes and portraits have appeared in juried exhibitions and Georgia government offices, including the State Capitol and Governor’s office. Now based in Ellijay, she teaches landscape painting while continuing to draw inspiration from the North Georgia mountains and regional plein air events.
